Opened in September 2003 on D Street in Downtown Chino, California. Owners, Chef James Kelly and his wife Denise, pride themselves on good food, live entertainment, a romantic ambiance, and their personal attention to patrons.

SaladPlateThe cuisine at Owen's Bistro is what Chef Kelly prefers to call "progressive American, with a sense of humor". Seamlessly blending classic as well as modem techniques, the menu features almost entirely locally grown produce from the regions numerous farmers markets.

Worn brick walls and Japanese maple covered courtyard seating provide historic 1900s charm, while the interior dining is significantly contemporary.

FoodPlateDinner service consists of a weekly market prix five menu and a wine list featuring reasonably priced boutique wines from around the globe.
